With Francesco Totti on the pitch, Totti Sporting Club wins the Italian League

After the shutdown caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, the first country to return to activities was Italy, with the dispute of the Italian League. The team led by Francesco Totti was the great champion of the competition, beating a historic rival of the eternal captain of Rome, Lazio. With the title, Totti Sporting Club secured a place at the 2021 Club World Cup in Moscow, Russia.


The Italian League resumed its activities in the last month of July, with the best teams from the first phase competing in the Playoffs to define the champion. Totti Sporting Club finished fourth in the qualifying round. To reach the title, the team went through three opponents in the Play-offs: Roma, San Paolo and Lazio.
