The 2014 International Challenge was played in the sands of Copacabana, Rio de Janeiro. In one group of four teams, the two teams with more points advanced to the final, while the bottom two teams played the 3rd place playoff. Flamengo (BRA), Barcelona (ESP), Nacional (URU) and River Plate (ARG) attended in the competition. Flamengo defeated Barcelona in the great final. The event was live broadcasted by Fox Sports.
