Uruguay starts thinking about preparations for Copa America 2020
The 2019 season is coming to an end, but the teams’ jobs are not nearly done. After a busy year, with several competitions that gathered great teams together, 2020 already has a set date for the first dispute for national teams. Copa America is scheduled for March 27-29 in São Paulo (BRA) and, as usual, will bring together the main teams of the continent.
With their eyes set on better results than on the past season, Uruguay is already thinking about preparing for the competition. This year, the light blue national team played the Copa America on both categories and the World Cup, only with the men’s national team. In both competitions the team achieved good results but ended up being out of the main title’s dispute. For the Copa America 2020, the goal is to make the top three on the continent.
Next season Copa America will be held again in Brazil but this time, Sao Paulo will host the disputes on March 27-29.
