LEAGUE OF THE AMERICAS. Montevideo will suffer an invasion, with record amount of teams at the event
The League of the Americas Football 7 is the biggest football 7 event for clubs in South America and it will be played from August 23rd till the 25th in Montevideo (Uruguay). The event is organized by FIF7 in partnership with LIGA FUT7 Uruguay and it will be disputed in 7 categories. This year's edition has a record number of teams confirmed. There will be almost 40 teams from South America fighting for the title.
There will be a special prize for the men and women's teams from the adult category, this being 15 airplane tickets to Rome, leaving on September 19th and returning on the 24th, as well as winning the registration for the World Cup for Clubs.
The dispute will take place at Polideportivo Carrasco in the following categories: under 09, under 11, under 13, under 15, men and women category for adults, as the Masters (over 35) category as well.
