After three days of competition, Brazil was superior to all opponents and won the Intercontinental Cup unbeaten. In three matches, the Brazilian team won all three, scoring 24 goals. The title came after the victory over Uruguay by 13 to 0, last Sunday (10), in Curitiba.
Brazil started their journey in the competition by beating Ecuador 5-2. The match against the Ecuadorians was difficult, as the Brazilians started losing at the beginning of the game. The next day, the Brazilian team beat Peru by 6 to 3, being very close to the title.
The last match was a duel against the last placed, but a classic of South American. Uruguay had great players, with Pampero Sobral, Ángel Urruburu and the dangerous Loco Martínez. Brazil was superior and won by 13 to 0, closing as the most positive attack of the competition.
